Since August 10, 2023 up until March 13, 2024, it is highlighted that Court-Annexed Mediation Center had received a total of 75 disputes out of which 37 cases culminated in settlement, while 16 cases returned unsuccessful and 19 cases were returned at initial stage either due to absence of parties or their refusal to initiate with the mediation process. The remaining 03 cases are still pending mediation. Within a matter of days, this Center was able to bring these longstanding disputes to a close. This achievement underscores the effectiveness of mediation process, which not only conserves valuable time and resources but also offers a swift and cost-efficient method for achieving settlements.
