Since August 10, 2023 up until January 15, 2026, it is highlighted that Court-Annexed Mediation Center had received a total of 300 disputes out of which 107 cases culminated in settlement, while 45 cases returned unsuccessful and 141 cases were returned at initial stage either due to absence of parties or their refusal to initiate with the mediation process. The remaining 7 cases are still pending mediation. Within a matter of days, this Center was able to bring these longstanding disputes to a close. This achievement underscores the effectiveness of mediation process, which not only conserves valuable time and resources but also offers a swift and cost-efficient method for achieving settlements.
