Since August 10, 2023 up until April 26, 2025, it is highlighted that Court-Annexed Mediation Center had received a total of 258 disputes out of which 92 cases culminated in settlement, while 39 cases returned unsuccessful and 120 cases were returned at initial stage either due to absence of parties or their refusal to initiate with the mediation process. The remaining 7 cases are still pending mediation. Within a matter of days, this Center was able to bring these longstanding disputes to a close. This achievement underscores the effectiveness of mediation process, which not only conserves valuable time and resources but also offers a swift and cost-efficient method for achieving settlements.
